Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact skincare@yanzyskincare.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
